Iran has said that they've essentially agreed on a draft, the two countries, that is.
However, we still not got full confirmation of that, of the final, final thing being signed either by Iran or Oman.
It's possible that Iran's supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei,
been in hiding for the past few months, still hasn't agreed to it.
We don't know for sure, but there are some signs within Iranian media that, you know, we still need his consent and that could take time.
