I think that we need to address it because it's a tactic that is often used and that a lot of people often don't recognize and they think it's just drama.

So let's start today with which I think is or should be the most important topic of the entire past week.
which is the whole waived NDA's story from Aaron Lucas, who released through Eric Burleson, who was the one who released it first.
He released a memorandum that talks about what seems to be a mandatory kind of order.

of multi-agency request to current and former employees and contractors from the government to come out and speak to Arrow and Pursue specifically.
But this memo was released by ODNI, so ODNI is also involved in this.
The person who has been sounding the alarm on this is Matthew Brown.
He wrote a wonderful piece last week that is called Catch and Kill, where he talks about the past misdeeds from ODNI, from Arrow, how he based on that previous track record from these two agencies, he doesn't have a lot of trust in Pursue either because we don't even know who is part of Pursue.
so and he he's making the rounds right now he went on judicial watch he went on the mat for the good trouble show and he spoke about the the concerns that he has about this first i want to get your reaction on it uh the piece from matthew brown and also uh this memo what did you think of it what do you make of it so um
if that's the statement that we want to really be hopeful of that whistleblowers can now come forward and say what they need to say that's actually not the case and the whistleblower protections are still massively lacking and missing from all of this yeah and there's nothing new as you said people seem to think that just the announcement alone was like a huge news I think it was important that it was like a public announcement from the president it was important but
Um, every, everything that is said in that memo and everything that Donald Trump has, uh, said about this specifically on that Fox news report and all that confirmation from ODNI and all that, that's already written in law.
That's that they could already do that.
And they already did that.
Uh, we know that, uh, Dylan Borland said that he already went to arrow and both him and Matt went to ODNI.
They had a terrible experience with them.
