This is what happens with legislation in the US.
That's how it takes like three, four, sometimes five years to get something passed, regardless of what the topic is or what they're covering.
There are some bills that have never passed that they keep trying to get them on every year and they haven't passed.
It's hard to say really.
I think that there's a lot of the approach with this UAPDA that
Some parts are not willing to give away some of the provisions.
Like, for example, there's always like a safe guard to give the president or some other entity the ultimate decision.
And that takes away the power from the gut, from the whatever they put out as a council, you know.
it takes away the decision power.
And I think that's not okay.
The whistleblower protections are still, um, not convincing for a lot of the whistleblowers who have read this one.
