Because this case is complicated and you now understand why trial is going to be probably the biggest part of this case. Because you do have... There was a hole in the backyard that he had dug because he was planning to install a fountain, but he hadn't done it yet. So Susan dragged him off the dolly, put him in the hole and then covered it with dirt.

Which was actually something Susan took them up on the following afternoon, so January 15th. So this is two days after cleaning up the crime scene and emptying the joint bank account she shared with Jeff. Susan walked into the Harris County Constable's office.
