mild mannered way maybe is the right word um he i think he's very thoughtful um and i think he really gives about us as people um like i know that i'm playing for somebody that cares about his players and i think that's that's really important to me but i think everybody else feels that way as well so um
I definitely enjoy going out and playing for counts and learning from counts every day.
I think he drives a great, great ship.

Well, those are the ones that are going to remember and...
I mean, I feel like if I treat them well, then they're gonna associate those kind of memories when they think about baseball.
They're also the ones that are gonna move this game forward if we're talking about picking out the very small percentage of them that will be playing in the big leagues.
Those are the ones that are gonna continue the game.
So I think it's important to look out for the greater good of baseball.
And then simply just treating people with respect and kindness, I think, is the best thing to do.
I don't want to ever leave one of those kids being like, I'm going to have to play some of them at some point, too.
I don't want to ball in my ribs.
But yeah, they're the ones that I think you impact the most.
The older crowd is cool, but
The younger crowd is going to push baseball forward as I continue to play.
Yeah, I want to keep a well-respected organization well-respected.
I think the national representation is important.
And then I think you saw a little bit of it in Tokyo when we went last year, how many people supported us.
