I said, I'm gonna ask Scotty about, you know, how he handles Paul Coffey.
And you know I got this young
You know,'s up the ice all the time and you know, uh I'm trying to think o how I should be coaching 'em and I remember Scotty looked at me point blank and he said, Does he get back?
And I said, Yeah.
He goes, What's the problem then?
Yeah.
And you know what?
It really it really it sounds simple.
It it sounds stupid simple, but it is really that simple.
Like he has that those guys have that ability to get up and make those decisions aggressively um because of that world class gating, and they can recover and get back.
And, you know, there's very few of those guys uh in the world.
I mean, they're generational type players.
when I mention those type of of guys and and he's he's one of those guys.
Uh you know, y y you know, s somebody with with feet that they that don't have feet like that, they make a decision on the wrong side of the puck and they're a foot or two off, you know, they're they're done.
They're they're they're toast.
So um, you know, he has that ability to recover.
So we're not gonna take that away.
The other part of that is he is such a rover like
You know, w we've been talking about maybe playing him on the right side this year.
He's a left shot.
