And as soon as you give something s somebody something for free, they immediately start thinking, Oh, I should have got more than that.

And and you know, why isn't it everything for free?

Get your insulation get your attic insulated.

Like I mean see that's two thousand euros or something like that.

absolutely.

And maybe maybe that will happen in the future, but it's not there at the moment.

And then you've got to say to yourself, well, I wait ten years until solar panels are free, or do I invest now and then do I have ten years of solar gain in in in in the meantime?

So look, there's no doubt about it, it there's definitely challenges here, but is it a uh is it a point blank no?

It it's it's i in my opinion, if you're eligible for an SEAO grant and you're not doing it, there's not enough reasons not to get it done.

Especially

talk about that for ten seconds, all right, because that is a really good one.

So at the moment you have to get your house up to a B one rating before you get that twelve and a half grant.

And that's not that easy, especially if the house is starting from very low.

But I do know that in other countries that you can get a heat pump fitted in your home before you y y you have to get to that level.

And I think that's gonna change.

It's already kind of changed in some of the grants.
