However you define it.
So...
Well, I'll answer both ways.
So we're industry agnostic.
We do have clusters of industries or verticals that are largely focused around where hiring has taken place over the last few years.
So we see a lot of work in manufacturing.
We see a lot of work or a lot of hiring in technology, healthcare, financial services, nonprofit, just to name a few.
But no one vertical within our business is more than 5% of our business.
So it's a really nice
even distribution which candidly in a time like this also gives us some downside protection.
That's right.
Then in terms of how we're acquiring them,
When I joined Jazz HR, we sold only through direct means.
In other words, the one-to-one relationship of Jazz HR to a small business customer.
We launched indirect sales or channel sales not long thereafter, and that today is almost 50 percent of our new business and growing.
