And and I think that that's uh a really important thing to have in your bag of tricks in in twenty twenty six.

If you've got a business that's a bit marginal, then you're gonna need some help to automate that to reduce your costs.

If you've got a business that's in growth mode, then you're really gonna need that before you add additional cost in your business.

So I think that um the the drive to efficiency and automation

Is it's it's always been there and they and the good operators have always done that really well.

I think AI is just gonna give them that next level tool set to uh to deliver that.

Yeah, well I think it's just going to take resources and effort and I just don't think it's there's going to be plug and play.

I don't think the plug and play is there in 2025, but I think the providers that are coming to market will um will naturally shake out some of that.

I think that some of the people we're talking to here are starting to develop their own AI tools, but they're resourcing that.

They're putting in somebody I spoke with just a few moments ago has got 500 of the most commonly asked questions in their business.

They they fed that in.

We got some responses back, some automatic responses back, um which were really way off the mark.

So they're now gonna have to go in five hundred times to answer those questions so that the model actually delivers a good outcome for them.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's exactly it.

And uh so it is a uh it's a it's a race to the top, you know?

It it's a race to become that highly efficient um organization.

So that you can then put your people resources where they most count, which is in front of the guest and in front of the owners.

Yeah.
