So I think we've probably seen the worst of it.
I think the main thing is just strategy.

But yeah, try and start with the strategy.
Because as I say, even first-time buyers these days, you'll be well-served to think like an investor.
Even if it is a place you're going to buy and live in,
try and think with a financial mindset as well.
And then when it comes to actually choosing the property, it's all about the due diligence and market research.
