Yeah, so y what you're referring to here is I have these kind of paired chapters in the middle of the books of the machine and the garden are the two that I look at in the nineteen twenties and thirties.

I would say it's not so much an outright rejection of the machine model of the future as an alternative to it.

And here the person I'd write about the most is maybe the one futurologist people will have heard of who is Buckminster Fuller, who's probably the most prominent of these figures.
