It was a beautiful and cold night in Brooklyn, and I was stunned by Max's sophisticated and measured contemplation on grief.
It stayed with me for a while.
I got to have a conversation with Max recently and it it felt like a gift to get to sit with him just a little longer, and we wanted to share it with you.
Well I have i I'm just out of curiosity, uh you know, when you're young you don't really have a sense of even what grief is.
And as you get older, you're forced to deal with it because it's part of life.
Did you find it helpful to be able to give voice to it?
Like 'cause it was very specific about the story that it was about the grief and you very much stared it right in the face.
So I guess it the the real question is like, did you find that to be a benefit for you?
gave a structure.
It really gave a story.
Yeah, I guess.
Yeah, it gave a structure to this amorphous bunch of feelings.
Do you remember a moment, you know, anything from the workshop?
Because it's it's fascinating.
Like, how did I even get here?
And it's from a series of questions that you don't even realize.
So like, was there any moments or questions or or activities or or insights that you remember that were really helpful in the in the workshop?
