Um this is our first foray into applications.

We've talked about it for a long time.

And I think this is a very smart deal where um, you know, we're not uh we're not you know, acquiring a a a field of dreams and and starting from scratch.

We uh

you know acquiring a very valuable spectrum, a profitable business, uh and you know, it's a very typical smart rocket lab deal.

But um, you know, our can uh our clear intention here is to not stop where at this acquisition and and continue to grow for sure.

Yeah, look, I mean, uh to your point before, you know, spectrum is key and this spectrum, the L band spectrum is very, very unique in the fact that uh it's inaffected by weather and harsh conditions.

And as a result, you know, this L band spectrum is is widely used in in all the safety critical stuff you would imagine.

Uh whether it be mariners, uh pilots, defence forces.

I mean I I'm I'm myself personally, you know, a user of the Iridium Network.

I'm a

I'm a uh helicopter pilot when I get like ten minutes of my own time.

And uh you know, there's a little little thing on the top of my dash with an iridium logo that I push the button that I know if I have a super bad day and end up in the bushes, someone's gonna come and get me, for sure.

So um so you know, w our focus and it uh you know initially is is um on you know maintaining the the you know that super important uh constellation.

I mean it is completely

global um so no matter where you are on the planet um

Air, C land wherever you you you you are connected.

And that's something that that really only Iridium has.

Yeah, no, I think I think from a regulatory standpoint this is pretty straightforward.

I mean it it's uh it's it's um, you know, a very uh very strong um, you know, deal and uh, you know, not controversial at all.
