You couldn't even have a relationship because you're not even allowing space for your own experience.

And here's the beauty, Joe, you become such a more attractive woman, human and girlfriend, partner, wife when you make space for all of you.

Well, we don't know 'cause you've never done it.

And here's my assertion.

Yeah, the first few days, maybe the first couple of weeks, it might seem intense, but then it's gonna normalize.

It's just accumulated.

You know, it's like saying it's frowned upon to like, you know, do laundry or show your dirty laundry in the house, so you just keep show you know, shoving it in a cupboard somewhere and you got three decades worth of dirty laundry.

Right.

You could then argue, yeah, well shit, it's what if I just bring all my laundry out?

Well yeah, you got three decades.

It's gonna be a little uncomfortable to begin with.

give it a couple of weeks and you've worked through it, now you're like a normal person, you've got one basket, that's manageable.

Do you see?

Same with your emotions and your feelings.

Yeah, there's a backlog, but it doesn't work like that emotionally and uh and intellectually as it does with the material world.

Meaning, yeah, you might have a few more days where you're a little bit more emotional, you have more depth, but it it it transpires very quickly on that level.
