Loud, I just first of all want to say what a what an honor it is to sit with you.

You know, we don't know each other that well.

You see thousands of people, but I have known you for a couple of decades.

I discovered Ayurveda about 28 years ago during a yoga training, and it hit me because I was very I I'm I'm pitta dominant, you know that.

have Mercury and Jupiter in my lugner, so you understand that.

You understand that.

So I was always very driven towards health.

But when I was sitting there and they brought in a a Vajra, a teacher, to explain some of the principles, I can remember thinking finally somebody knows what they're talking about.

And that's how Ayurveda hit me.

So I just wanna thank you for the ways that you've touched my own life in perhaps ways you're not familiar with.

But I now today sit here with you in your beautiful Soham Mountain Healing Resort and I'm just finishing Pancha Karma, seven days of incredible treatments from your staff and that you have pioneered this, I just first of all wanna express my gratitude.
