I look at the power of words, right?
I believe that as we speak, so we create.
It's the definition of abracadabra, you know, the word for magic.
It's the Aramaic translation, is as we speak, so we create.
Our words create reality, which is very powerful.
And if we look at the world,
We said we say we have health care.
And for me it's a misnomer.
We have sick care and disease management, right?
Because the definition of health is the absence of disease.
Mm-hmm.
That would be like saying wealth is the absence of debt.
Right.
And so the thing that I love about Ayurveda is the definition of health.
It's so comprehensive with the doshas, datus, malas, the senses.
Can you talk about the last three, a pleasant and happy mind and spirit?
It's so comprehensive.
It's my favorite part of Ayurveda because it's almost like the blueprint to vitality.
Right?
Meaning if we look at the Western world, the absence of disease is not health.
