In this episode, I get to work with Teagan, who has arguably one of the more challenging stories and situations I've been a part of.
This conversation is a stark reminder of the often brutal asymmetry of life and how the nature of what it is to be alive is to live in an arena of uncertainty where the unpredictable can often show up on our doorstep and bring an immense amount of suffering.
And yet, as you will hopefully see during the course of this conversation, as we give space for our own humanity, and as the old adage states, that sometimes the only way out is to go through, that we can even find beauty in some of the most challenging experiences of our lives if we afford ourselves the grace to be able to feel it all.
