And so again, without I think first and foremost I wanna keep emphasizing the importance of you as a woman.
uh as a human to honour everything that you're feeling, right?
That's really important to me, especially as a man speaking to a woman, to make space, everything's fine in terms of whatever you need to express, whatever you need to feel, it's all allowed, it's all welcome.

With anybody's history and given what you've shared, there's a couple of fundamental feelings that uh I see as part of your conditioning, right?

The first and foremost, obviously, like you said, no child should really be left in that situation.

And no doubt you had some experiences to whatever degree that you can remember or not, 'cause sometimes even as a kid we'll, you know, blackout, we'll Yeah, we'll disassociate to cope.
What uh you know, and again I'm I don't want to point towards anything untoward happening, but maybe it just was the absence of the love and the
that you should feel, you know.

That's a a feeling of isolation and separation that in of itself creates a lot of fear, right?
Which is really the foundation of the ego, is the experience of separation.
