Like I don't know many people who feel to the depths that I feel.

And I love that about me because I make space for it.

I don't know many people who care as much as I care.

And that's not in any way to dismiss people's capacity to care.

There's incredibly caring people out there, but most people are caring through the lens of survival.

It's not sort of the absence of the ability to care, but it's just sort of right now prioritized towards their own selfish needs, which I totally get.

But real care is when you've you've addressed your own needs, you've integrated them, you've allowed them.

Now I can really show up and be present in relationships.

That's what I'm saying.

You couldn't even have a relationship because you're not even allowing space for your own experience.

And here's the beauty, Joe, you become such a more attractive woman, human and girlfriend, partner, wife when you make space for all of you.

Isn't that nice?

Well, we don't know 'cause you've never done it.

And here's my assertion.

Yeah, the first few days, maybe the first couple of weeks, it might seem intense, but then it's gonna normalize.

It's just accumulated.

You know, it's like saying it's frowned upon to like, you know, do laundry or show your dirty laundry in the house, so you just keep show you know, shoving it in a cupboard somewhere and you got three decades worth of dirty laundry.

Right.

You could then argue, yeah, well shit, it's what if I just bring all my laundry out?

Well yeah, you got three decades.
