Hi, this is Peter Crohn, and you're listening to Finding Freedom.
This is a rather unique episode where rather than coaching people who submit their videos, I will speak with an expert, somebody who has touched my own life, and therefore somebody that I feel could bring immense value to you.
As you know, I am an Ayurveda practitioner, and Ayurveda is a large part of my life, and so it seemed only appropriate that my first expert would be a teacher who is inspired.
Me, and that is Dr.
Vasant Lud.
He is of Indian descent, I would argue the OG of Ayurveda in the Western world.
He has incredible books and textbooks.
He used to have a school in New Mexico and now has moved to North Carolina, where he has a beautiful mountain resort called Sohum, where I go every year for my own pancha.
And this year, during my trip, I got to sit down with him and record this podcast that I hope you find both inspiring and informative.

You know, we don't know each other that well.
You see thousands of people, but I have known you for a couple of decades.
I discovered Ayurveda about 28 years ago during a yoga training, and it hit me because I was very I I'm I'm pitta dominant, you know that.
