And I know that's a horrible feeling and

can be very heavy and depressing and um hopeless.

You know, you obviously said powerless as well.

But to give context, what what were the words you read and in what regard was it?

It was the end of a relationship or

It's one day.

But then if you want to expand on that, what is the concern, like the bigger picture as it relates to relationships as a whole and and Joe's future?

Yeah.

the idea that you're just gonna spend the rest of your life by yourself.

I get how embarrassing that is to say, to use your words, but I I think you'd be pleasantly surprised might seem like an oxymoron in this case, but how many people feel the same, right?

Meaning that they also have that fear.

And they might be in a relationship that right now they know is not really great or that they want to leave, but they're too scared to leave.

For the fear of that they might then end up being by themselves for the rest of their life too.

So I really, you know, commend you on having the courage to come and have this conversation with me.
