This is an intrinsic part of the human operating system that doesn't work, is why we suffer, right?

Like limitation, fear, suffering, disease, scarcity.

These are the inherent pillars of the current operating system.

That we don't by default feel that we're like God's gift of relationships.

We don't by default think that everybody loves us.

We don't by default think that, you know, we're like the greatest thing since sliced bread.

You know, no, people by default think that there's something wrong with them, they're not wanted, they're not loved.

So yeah, I hate to break it to you, but welcome to the human experience.

What better what better backdrop against which you get to learn how to find love and compassion than your own stories of inadequacy?

You have a tattoo of a cup, a chalice, whatever you call it, on your wrist that for you is representative of the beautiful, inclusive energy which I call love, that is accepting of all parts.

Only that you have a tattoo, like literally permanently on your wrist, and you're saying, Yes, this is what I stand for.

I include all parts.

Oh, just not the part of me that doesn't feel included.

Yeah.

Not only the irony, it's the complete barricade to you finding love with other people.

One of my expressions early on I said if you don't love and accept yourself, what makes you think other people should?
