No, you know that that's part of the human anatomy.

Well guess what?

Part of the human anatomy emotionally and psychologically is the feeling of inadequacy, not wanted, not not loved.

That's just part of it.

So now it becomes whoop-dee doo.

Oh yeah, there's a part of me by the way that feels not wanted.

And sometimes it might show up in our relationship, especially, you know, when you're with whoever's next and they are seemingly distracted or they haven't responded or they haven't come home at the time they said they would.

You know, in a beautiful, vulnerable relationship, you could say, Honey, I know this is my thing, but sometimes when I don't

hear from you when you said you'd call or it feels like you're not giving me attention, I go into the part of me, the part of me that feels not wanted.

I know that's mine, but

I just want to share that with you as somebody who would probably love to hold space with me.

For that part of me.

Yeah.

But can you see how beautiful, powerful and loving that is now?

You're making space for you and with the right partner and and if that partner dismisses that, well then that that's not the partner you want to be with.
