It's weird how he got the best out of players.
He got the best out of... Stevie won Player of the Year that year.
I don't know if you remember from right midfield.
He scored like 25 goals from right midfield.

Because he had a good midfield of Alonso, Mascherano, Sissoko and then he played Stevie out on the right.
But the way he got Stevie playing was just... He would never give him a well done.
And Stevie's the type of character to take it on himself and go, I'm going to show you.
And I think some players couldn't work that out and they weren't as... They didn't have that fire inside them to try and change it.
But yeah, you just couldn't ever work him out.
