too many kind of maybe players in you know and we went too far the other way from what we were and it became i was disillusioned in the dressing room i was seeing things that i'd never you know never normally see and would never have seen four years previous so then to go to burning be part of a great dress room again it kind of i was like oh all right now like and then i can go i can go out with that yeah and i felt comfortable and you know day in the premier league and went out and that was me done

Well, yeah, they achieved things and also there was better footballers in that dressing room and give them credit for, you know.
They worked so hard and they were organised.
They knew exactly what they were doing and, you know, it was a good group.
I did my badges.
I did my badges, got some A licence and things like that.
And I thought, you never know which way you're going to go, do you?
But yeah, the podcast just took off because I did a book and then someone said, I'll do a podcast to promote the book.
And it was, I'd never even heard a podcast.
I was really early.
