I think the other divisions between each other, there's not a lot.
And a lot of guys stay part-time, and James will know, a lot of them stay part-time because it's better to have the job all the time.
They've got families to look after, some very, very good players who could play full-time.
but they don't get the money.
You admire them, don't you?
They work from, what, six, seven in the morning.
I had guys come in at quarter past four in the morning and turn on up to travel at nine o'clock in the morning.
Quarter past four in the morning.
Where was this?
Alloa.
Quarter past four, half past four in the morning, travelling theirself up, and I'd meet them in Inverness, and then they'd play the game for us and they'd go straight back to work.
Wow.
And they were just doing it because of the love of the game.
You know, they really did love the game, and a lot of them could play.
When I was at Alloa, especially,
a lot of them could have played full time.
And I used to ask them the question because I was intrigued.
And they said, we love it Gaffer, we love the camaraderie you get with the boys.
And that's why we do it.
And I can't go every summertime with my job in jeopardy.
