What I would do tomorrow, out with the first team, there would never be seven or eight subs.
There'd be two maximum.
I'd do that tomorrow and that would give us a start.
That was me personally.

But somebody or people have to get together because otherwise the Scottish game, for young people coming through, they'll find something else.

St Pat's and Coatbridge, when we were there, it was a performance school.
Lanarkshire schools, Airdrie schools, they were all performance schools.
You were out playing with your best and that's when you see people at their best.
These guys are not playing.
