Am I gonna ruin my career by taking this kind of unknown path of franchising?
And so I went to one of my most trusted advisors.
And I said, Listen, I am just, I just don't know what to do.
And I walked him through the choices and I said, I'm just so afraid that I'm gonna ruin my career.
And he said, Peter, you don't have a career.
Take the IFA job and figure it out.
Stage advice.
Well, which is what I did.
And this is what's so interesting is by making that choice and this whole career had unfolded that uh I would have had no ability to imagine.
And I think that's a con such a common story that we come into franchising in all these different paths.
And that uh as you as you become familiar with it, if you understand it, it just is for me it's
It's just so addictive.
It's just a space that I can't get out of.
It doesn't mean there's not all kinds of challenges with franchising and compared to all other different models of development, but it is the most unique relationship in business development between that franchise or and the franchisee.
Trying to see.
And it's just so interesting to me and interesting to me and there's just so much passion behind it when you uh when you do it right.
