Now, how do we source these things?

There is a ecosystem of people that are mentoring and inspiring others who we know and are close with some of them.

So the Jordan Dubin, for example, was referred through Royce Young Goff, first of all, because he was a student of his.

He said, I can't invest.

Yeah, I'm your teacher.

But this guy is really exceptional.

on the level of Matt and Alex, Jake and Frank from ZBS, and Alex and Ross from Heritage Holding.

When I saw that statement, that introduction, it was like, hey, we get on immediately.

Yeah, it's hustle.

So by the way, I absolutely love what I do.

I get so much energy from it and I work really hard and run around overscheduled.

And by the way, I be very critical of myself and I'm definitely stretched too thin, et cetera.

But I'm getting so much positive energy meeting new and emerging groups or spending time talking about direct co-investment deals with established people, et cetera.

that I just, I love my job.

And I think the passion comes through.
