And you still see like now there's all sorts of offers out there on the consumer side that, again, different companies are trying to eat into each other's market share.

But as you get into actually at one point talking about a biggest mistake, we won't spoil it.
But it was around that idea of a contract and a major contract.
And you could imagine the sleepless nights that were being had at that stage.
She seemed quite at ease.
I mean, as you say, all of that, coming into a new country, coming into a new role.
Also, as she touches upon, the fact that she wasn't particularly confident as a public speaker or as putting herself out there.
She was more introverted than extroverted.
