She seems to be the same in her role with Vodafone.

That's a kind of a lot of things that could scupper somebody in that position.

But she seems to have taken to it quite well.

Well, it has been as has been well aired to the viewer crowd sometimes don't even watch the match.

So she has the attention of those in the room before afterwards.

That's pretty good going on the office stuff.

I thought that was amongst the most interesting topic because, as you put it, where a lot of people have kind of moved back towards having more and more people in the office more frequently during the week.

And she seemed quite committed to her position that it's going to be flexible, it's going to be hybrid.

But output driven.

Output very important, yeah.

But her view, I think, or her Vodafone's position is probably now in the minority.

Certainly if it's, I think it was only two days is what she said.

That's probably the minority now at this point, certainly among big corporates.

But she was very comfortable with it, even when you went back and said, well, most of the people I'm talking to...

are saying quite the opposite she was like good for them this is our policy and as you said as long as it works we're happy to stick with it which is interesting for a company of their scale new shiny HQ just opening you would think you would be excused for thinking that there might be a big push for getting people back in but I just thought that was interesting that she is maybe sticking with the line that we would have heard 3, 4, 5 years ago even though it's a big corporate more people are going back and they've got this new shiny HQ

Yeah, I'd need to go and look.

It's been a while since I've looked at the market share figures, so I'm not sure exactly what the breakdown is, but I wouldn't think in any great sense that they're in danger.

I mean, as we touched upon beforehand, it's a super competitive area and the likes of Three, the likes of Air, you know, they're all doing pretty well for themselves.

But Vodafone is so well versed in this.

They're so familiar with the Irish market and they have the firepower of the global company as the others do.
