The last I heard – so as I said, we had Recy Colbert on the show yesterday, and she said according to the legal experts that she's talked to, this judge is likely only going to sentence him to maybe one or two years in prison, and he'll likely get time served.

So he could be –

walking back in the streets very soon.

Very soon, yeah.

I just wanted to say one thing because of course the baby oil in the streets is funny and it's just so absurd.

But we know, and folks, if you've watched every single show this week, you'll know what I'm about to say.

I was chatting with Jennifer Welch on Monday and the thing about this case, and I know that Diddy was not on trial specifically for what I'm about to talk about, but it's impossible to not mention it in this conversation.

We know, at the very least, there was one instance

where this man had such power, felt that he had such power over his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

He beat her in a hotel hallway, kicked her while she's in front of an elevator bay, drags her back to the hotel room.

There's some really horrific intimate partner violence, just monstrous abuse that this man

clearly was engaged in, and I just, my heart goes out to the victims because this guy is... Yeah, I mean, if he was beating her like that, you know it wasn't just once.

I was just going to say there's so many counterfactuals.

A number of guests this week have pointed out that the prosecutorial team had four white women, that it was not a diverse bench by any means.

Oh, it was one of those.

That did not appeal to the jury.

And you just think, you know, if they had structured the team a different way, if they had

structure their case a different way.

Maybe we'd have a different end result right now.

I'm going to evoke Don one more time.
