That's exactly what the government do.
They would sell bonds to pay the beneficiaries.
So that's what's happening right now.
When they're talking about running out of money, they're just running out of bonds in one pocket.
They obviously have the ability to issue new bonds.
They would just now have to acknowledge it.
And, you know, and right now that's part of the money that they don't try to claim.
Well, we don't really owe that because the government owes it to itself.
But the unfunded Social Security liabilities are enormous.
You know, tens and tens of billions of dollars.
And then you've got the unfunded Medicare liabilities.
I mean, the unfunded obligation of the United States are over $100 trillion.
I mean, they're much bigger than the funded debt, the $40 trillion national debt.
So...
We're completely broke when you look at all of the obligations.
So what we really should do with Social Security is acknowledge the fact that it's broke and abandon the whole system.
Well, the money's not there.
So the only way we can get the money is to steal it from the young kids.
Well, that's what Trump wants.
Trump wants to keep home prices high so the boomers can stay rich.
