So there's a silver lining to all this at some point.

So Detroit's offensive coordinator job is open.
Philadelphia's, Tampa's.
Are you better suited going to one of those teams with an established quarterback, the Chargers with Justin Herbert, crushing it for a year?
Or do you say, you know what?
A head coaching job only comes around so often.
I got to take a head coaching job because I don't know if anyone's gonna have to choose between the two, but there's a lot to like about those coordinator positions.
And there's so many negatives to some of these head coaching jobs.
Over like Arizona head coaching job with no question, with doubts at quarterback.
They've never won a playoff game.
So each franchise is different.
I've spoken to a lot of these candidates who are interviewing for them.
And it's funny, they're all on Zoom right now until they can meet in person unless they're fully out of a job.
