That's what the Chinese government says.
So what they've done is they send pilots over here to train, paid for by the government, by the way.
It's $90,000 per student to come and train to the United States.
They're being trained right now at an Air Force base, a former Air Force base, outside of Merced, California.
This was a base that was crucial in World War II.
It was crucial in the Cold War.
It was mothballed at the end of the Cold War.
You had a flight school established.
It's owned by a Korean investor.
It involves a lot of Chinese.
They're training at that air base close to 1,000 pilots a year.
And what happens is these thousands of pilots come and train in the United States.
They go back to China.
The best pilots that train in the United States then go on for advanced training by the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
The rest will become civilian pilots.

It's unrestricted warfare.
