Be aware of yourself and be aware that that first decision, which might seem incredibly benign,

could lead you down a road.

You know, it's the question of, oh well, you know, again, look look at drinking again.

I'm smart enough to know that I don't have one drink.

One drink might lead to six drinks.

Now, when I used to drink, it fortunately nothing ever came of that.

I'd have six drinks, I'd go all my feel like crap.

But even if you feel like crap, I'd wake up the next morning.

I wouldn't work out because I felt like crap.

If I wouldn't didn't work out, well, you know, I already didn't work out.
