And so, you know, this morning I've been up since four AM.
I was uh I took a Peloton class this morning.
Um I have a a four year old daughter who's with me half the week and the times that I'm with her, I have a Peloton class in my room in my I have a Peloton bike in my apartment.
times I'm not with her I'm either at the gym lifting or taking or the cycling in in Central Park or occasionally taking live classes.
So I got a live class at six AM this morning.
It was great.
There were like ten people in the class.
It was totally empty.
We had a blast.
Played great music.
I walked out of there ten to seven, you know, seven o'clock, I was showered, I was dressed, I was like high as a kite.
Right.
Those endorsements.
They're still with me right now.
It's three hours later.
I'm still do do, you know.
So that's that's what you want.
Right?
So so the first thing I'd say is, you know, find the time.
