Like if you have cash in your pocket, that's the cash that you have.
If I have $1.50, I can't overspend $1.50.
And so the financial institutions, the financial system over time created a whole bunch of delays, right?
The 12 days to clear a check, six days to deposit a check, do an ATM transaction, don't see it for two days until Monday.
And so people learned that, oh, well, I can do something today and they won't really know about it for two or three days from now.
Right.
And so it's kind of a learned response.
And to your point,
The word I love to use is visibility.
Once there's open visibility on both sides as to where the money is and what money you have and where it's going, I think that it will take that segment, that bubble of the financial inclusion population that is out of the financial institution because they lost faith in the financial institution.
Maybe they got burned.
Maybe it was their own fault, but the fact is they got burned and create an opportunity to bring them back.

Yeah, so for the audience who might not be familiar, the CFPB rulemaking around 1033 has to do with open banking, essentially.
It created a structure under which standards providers would be created and API providers to create APIs to do open banking.
It's 1033 hit at a very interesting time.
It's whatever else the current government is doing to the CFPB, it's very difficult to undo rules that have already been made, right?
So that rule has been made in past.

That rule had in it a time clock that started the day the rule was passed for six months.
