Somebody asked me the other day, they're like, oh, 1033 is going to go away.
My response to them was, A, no, it's not.
And B, not only is it not going away, but it doesn't matter because it's
the largest of the large are already doing open banking.
It already exists.
What they were leaning into was the standardization part of it.
And so I don't think open banking is going away.
I think that it might disadvantage the long tail of financial institutions because without that impetus, without that rule that says thou shalt,
the service providers that service those financial institutions might not have the same incentive to make sure that those capabilities are available.
by comma kind of gonna do that.
Okay, so standardized, I agree with dispute resolution, I agree with, I fear that when people say the words dispute resolution, what they're really saying is ability to reverse a payment.
And if that's what they're saying, that's where my kind of comes in, because I do think it would be good for the industry to say, hey, if you did an instant payments, here's what you can do.
But the payment is gone.
Like, you know, the payment is gone.
If by dispute resolution, they mean, here's what you can do.
And if you tick these boxes where you get your money back, then we're not doing instant payments anymore.

differential time division of ACH and get to one hour ACH and it's the same thing, right?
And let's just follow the ACH rules.
