This stuff is tangible to these people in these communities.
It has real impact, and ultimately it affects the way that they make their decisions and the way they vote on nights like tonight.
These folks I met talked about the housing bill recently, the biggest bipartisan effort, right, recently, the big difference maker for folks as it relates to affordable housing in this country, and the president refused to show up for it.
