So it's always possible that he's made a deal with her, whereby she stays in the job, which is another one of the kind of very, very big jobs, on the condition that she looks at scaling back some of that stuff
So you've got social security reform where some benefits, the number of claimants is going up at a rapid rate of knots.
Defence is something that's even more salient.
You have not just this defence investment plan, but the fact that the spending on it, certainly beyond the next couple of years, is slightly vague.
So Andy Burnham has promised to meet the commitments in the defence investment plan.
He now needs to find the money to do it.
And these are very, very big sums.
