In all candor, with what has happened with ICE, I think it's very hard for us to come to some agreement.

But that should not impede us from being able to open the whole rest of government.

The other reality is that ICE got forward funded about three years in the one big beautiful bill.

So this is ironically, it's not really affecting ICE.

And that new foreign policy is might makes right.

If President Trump wants something and he can use the military to get it, he will.
