uh and yeah minor you you are useless when will you ever learn when will you get it right like they they but you can hear like some people don't have self-talk my daughter doesn't have it she doesn't talk to herself like that right i'm not saying she doesn't have her own
Things to deal with to make herself feel well in the world and be well in the world.
But I think for me saying them out loud gave me a perspective on how cruel and ridiculously strident they were.
And they were so repetitive.
Like, you know, you're too old and you're too fat.
Like those things are so – that's something a bully would say, right?
The relentless improvement.
