So I don't have to try and get rid of it all and never feel it again, a.k.a.
that's impossible.
But the stress and disappointment is allowed to be right-sized in my being.

Like it can take up some space but not too much space and not all the space.
And it doesn't feel like your role-playing got into comparative suffering, you know, that like, oh, you know, my such-and-such just got diagnosed with cancer but it's not as bad as the people who were dying in the war.
Yes.
Like you're actually allowed to suffer.
Like suffering, if we could say yes and hello to it and allow it to come in and go out.
And creativity to, like, allow the feelings to be present and pass through, right?
It's kind of gorgeous.
It's a bit glorious.
