People understand the long-term strategy and the long-term plan, but can you just win this week?

So you're trying to get short-term results out of a long-term plan.

The team we put together over the last two years was to do that, was to get short-term results, to give credibility to our club.

I don't think anyone expected us to do what we did over the last couple of years.

It's given our club great joy, given our fans something to cheer for, which they hadn't had for a long time.

Commercially, it's helped our club enormously.

We were getting terrific crowds, et cetera, et cetera.

Yeah, and you would hope that that would continue whilst younger fellas were building underneath them.

You know, this year started nicely for us.

All right.

But at the moment, we're just off the pace in the type of football being played and the ability to score points.

And that obviously gets people talking about the people that are responsible for that, which is your spine players.

And the spine players understand that.
