It's still very much in the embryo stage and we're still looking to create talent out of the academy pathways and get them through to NRL level.
It's a long process.
It takes time.
Buying players is expensive, mate.
It's really expensive.
You know, and the club learned that a few years ago in trying to buy quick fix and overspending for players and filling up their salary cap with players that couldn't get the job done.
We need to be really careful about the money we spend in this market.
You know, obviously with Perth and P&G and the Dolphins came in two years ago.
Player prices are expensive.
And if you're expending it all on recruitment players, you're chewing up your salary cap very, very quickly.
And if I was to race out with knee-jerk reactions and sign players now, then that inhibits our potential to re-sign Preston or Burton or King in 18 months' time.
And then the year after that, you know, Galvin comes off contract again, Tuvanua comes off contract again.
So it's a rolling, we try to get them all coming off contract at different times so that we get to have control of our own destiny going forward.
The key to this is developing young talent.
Absolutely.
And bringing kids through.
100%.
Which we've started to see a little bit now.

AJ Jones debuted this year.
