And they started, you know, I guess either listening to their favorite podcast or just doing the right thing in those situations.
But if you look at this is some of this stuff is crazy to me.
If you look at four years of Kevin O'Connell and some of this we've touched on, some of this will be new for, for this episode, but
four-year sample size of the Kevin O'Connell offense.
The Vikings are 28th in first down conversion percentage on third down, fourth down, and short.
So one of the worst teams in the NFL over essentially a half decade at converting on third and two, fourth and one, whatever it is.
Not only that, the Vikings over a four-year sample size, third and short, fourth and short, lead the NFL
in interceptions thrown and fumbles.
So they're either the unluckiest offense ever, and it's like, oh man, the turnovers just happen to be in these super high leverage spots where you could just lean forward for two yards and get a first down.
Or...
The playbook is too convoluted.
The checks at the line of scrimmage, there's a communication issue in there somewhere.
I mean, some of it is your quarterback situation last year was a disaster.
But this is a four-year sample here.
So there's more here, by the way.
