If you just boil it down this simply, and I'm not saying you should just run the ball on every single third and short, fourth and short, because then you're not diversifying enough.
But over the last four years, when the Vikings passed the ball on third or fourth and short...
They have a 46% first down conversion rate, 46% when they pass, when they run it's 70%.
So, I mean, and again, if you were to run all the time, okay, now you're limiting maybe big plays down the field on play actions.
And I'm not saying never pass, but there is, there is an error in the ratio.
