What's happening to overall budgets everywhere else?
Well, compared to the rest of the UK, the NHS in England actually fares quite well.
The King's Fund has calculated that health spending in Wales is due to fall by around 11% in real terms by 2013-14.
Northern Ireland's health, social service and safety spend would go down by 2.2% by 2014.
And for Scotland, they've only got figures for this year, and that shows a real terms cut of 3.3%.
