the main thing I've been arguing is that the kingdom is growing into maturity.
And so Constantine was growing into maturity as well.
I mean, you read his life story, you're like, eh, it's kind of a lot of brutal stuff going on.
He killed, what, two of his sons.
He killed the mother of these three sons that will survive him.
So he's not this guy that you think, wow, man, he really understood and got all this together.
Although he did a ton of
good he built churches he uh he made christianity legal he um he gave us the nicene creed i mean like you just look at his contribution and you're like wow like he did a lot of good but at the end of his life he he he still hadn't been baptized and i thought that was an interesting thought on the baptism which is how you this is what took me so long to get baptized too is i thought you once you got baptized you couldn't sin anymore
And that was apparently the thought of the day in his time, that once you get baptized, then you can't sin past that.
And I remember when I did get baptized the first time at 13, I got baptized twice, just to make sure.
But at 13, I got baptized, and I got in the car, and my sister was like, you know you're going to sin again.
And just like the devil, like Satan himself was over there tempting me and taunting me.
And she literally was trying to get me to sin and get mad so that she could prove that I really wasn't saved.
I mean, just pure evil.
I hope she's listening to this.
She was just that accuser in the wilderness.
She just tried to make sure you were strong.
